We welcome any and all students who are interested in Vietnamese culture, want to learn more about it, or just want to find community.
Learn moreWe explore, share, and preserve our common roots and experiences. We strive to introduce and promote the Vietnamese culture to the Tufts community. We harvest this goal through cultural, educational, and social events relating to our Vietnamese heritage both on and off campus.

Our main fall event, Coffee Shop, shares the popular Vietnamese drink, cà phê sữa đá, with the Tufts community. We serve fresh coffee on the spot with other delicious Vietnamese dishes. While guests eat and drink, they can enjoy our show with performances from the Boston area.
This is a fun event to get involved in! If you want to take charge, you can organize and plan out big aspects of the event with other VSC members. Or, if you want a small role, you can help set up on the day of the event. We welcome any involvement, big or small!
Our biggest event of the year, Culture Show, showcases different aspects of Vietnamese culture to the Tufts community and other VSAs in the New England area. From Vietnamese cuisine and áo dài to V-Pop and the Vietnamese / Asian American identity, we spend most of the semester planning out skits, performances, and more to express these facets of our culture.
Whether it be planning out and setting up the event with other VSC members, or practicing (and struggling) together for our annual VSC dance, this is a great way to get involved with the club!
Besides preparing for these events, we also spend time together through other events like paint night, ACE (Anh Chị Em) scavenger hunt, community dinners, and more!
